Project Overview
St. Louis LDA is dedicated to helping children with learning disabilities reach their full potential. For their 21st Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament—one of their largest fundraising events—I led the development of a comprehensive visual campaign to drive awareness, registrations, and sponsorships.

Scope of Work
The campaign deliverables included a full suite of branded digital and print assets tailored to maximize visibility across platforms and demographics:
-
Primary Event Flyer (print + digital)
-
Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn social media graphics
-
Facebook cover image
-
Sponsorship promotional flyer
-
Custom event icons and typography
-
Print-ready signage concepts

Creative Direction
The design emphasized a playful yet professional tone that reflected LDA’s youth-focused mission and celebratory fundraising goals. Visual storytelling played a major role:
-
Imagery of children and golf elements created an emotional connection while reinforcing the event’s purpose.
-
Color palette blended LDA’s brand hues with vibrant accents to enhance legibility and visual hierarchy.
-
Custom layouts ensured each asset met platform-specific dimensions without sacrificing cohesion or impact.
Typography featured friendly hand-drawn fonts paired with clean sans-serifs for readability. Shapes like stars and speech bubbles were integrated to engage younger audiences and express enthusiasm.
Outcome
The campaign materials were successfully used across multiple communication channels including social media, email campaigns, and print mailers. The unified visual identity helped increase sponsorship engagement and participant registration, reinforcing LDA’s mission of providing educational opportunities for children with learning differences.
